Tried a new plant meat tonight: Daring. It was pretty good!
Possibly the new primary option with my old kind being discontinued.

Small Friend refuses to handle the tree with care, so we're gonna take it down after two nights. :/

After one night, Small Friend has significantly damaged the tree. 😓

Get to know me better: This dish is probably the meal I've eaten most in my life, likely 75+ times a year since college. Chicken (now plant-based), pasta, cheese, and a red sauce (now homemade). 😋

Heading to a family dinner thingy and bringing this lovely pie:

Mashed potatoes, a roll, baby corn, breaded plant-based chicken, and breaded mushrooms! It was a good meal and there's plenty of mashed potatoes leftover for tomorrow!

Chocolate cookies and cinnamon rolls made and it isn't even noon. 😍

Being up early at least means I have time to make overnight oats for the next few days ☺️
