This puts devrel, growth, docs, and technical GTM teams in a tough spot: most are relying on strategies designed for web search, not LLMs.

In most cases, being invisible in LLM recommendations means missing out on qualified lead flow.

You can have a better product with more attractive pricing, but that can all be made irrelevant when your competitor has the LLM distribution advantage.

The core problem: the way people discover products - especially developer tools - is changing fast.

It’s a fundamental distribution shift.
