Life long fan of horror, science fiction and fantasy.
I do know my way around Middle Earth.
Cocreater of The Amazing Science Fiction and Horror trivia game
Aliens - one of the great bad ass characters to ever grace the screen.

If allowed a second choice - I do love Galaxy Quest.

The last movie Christopher Walken starred in was Dead Zone -since then he has been one of the great co-star / character actors ever.

Honorable mention to one of my favorites is Wallace Shawn - for me to not mention him is inconceivable.

Duel - 1971 - directed by Spielberg

A car chased by a big ol 18 wheeler - no motive, just mystery and tension.

I believe it showed on what was called the "movie of the week" back then.
Written by Richard Matheson and if you know your Twilight Zone he is special.
I do remember being amazed by it.

Always Look on the Bright Side of Life

Life's a piece of shit
When you look at it
If life seems jolly rotten
There's something you've forgotten
And that's to laugh and smile and dance and sing
Just purse your lips and whistle, that's the thing

Always look on the bright side of life

Let me first state that I am a lifelong Cheesehead (NJ chapter - we are everywhere} BUT I saw your QB Caleb in his Jr year at USC and thought he was as good a prospect as I had seen in a very long time.

Bears have a HC and a QB - they are going to be a problem for a long time and that sucks.

I struggled to make a call between Pitt and Adolescence - it is difficult to make a clear choice between the two - both absolute great TV.

And now there is Pluribus on Apple - I will need to see how Pluribus finishes up its 1st season - my love of sci-fi is pushing Pluribus up the leader board.

I saw them twice - in Rosevelt Stadium in Jersey City (the stadium where Jackie Robinson played his 1st professional baseball game as a Montreal Royal) and also in MSG.
One of the best bands I ever saw live.
Incredible sound, great music, those are nights I will always remember.

I know its not that imaginative - Homer

My favorite quote and one I immediately think of after I do something that didn't have the results I wanted

"Why do things that happen to stupid people also always happen to me?"

Go Springfield Isotopes!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone and especially Sophia
