There's a massive AI bubble that has yet to pop which looks like "growth." Stock valuations are being comprised as "collateral" as more loans are taken out.
I feel a bit of defeat at this point. My Con MP & MLA have my community hoodwinked into believing vulnerable people are to blame for unaffordability & immigrants. The handful of ppl I can talk to about all this have oodles of edu (profs, retired, & indigenous).
