A new report finds prosecutions surged post-Dobbs, overwhelmingly in states that have near or total abortion bans.

Today, the US 5th Circuit Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments in a pre-trial appeal about the meritless False Claims Act case. This lawsuit is part of the effort to shut down Planned Parenthood and deny patients care. The fight continues.
