Just in case there was any doubt, Lord Hodge openly admitting the SC knew they were removing rights from trans people, and the "not a victory for either side" and the "not disadvantaging trans people" statements were lies

Did we realise that would cause an outrage for people? Yes, because people had been led to believe by public authorities, among others, for the last 15 years that they had rights, which they didn't have. So I have some sympathy, quite a lot of sympathy, with the feeling that they had something taken away from them. He knew there would be controversy, and was quite prepared, as he puts it, to "take the flak".

ehrc just straight up implying that trans women are an inherent risk to women's safety. Disgusting that they think they can get away with this
Example 13.4.3 A council swimming pool has separate men's and women's changing rooms. One of the aims of having separate-sex changing rooms is to safeguard women's ability to access the facilities and use them safely. A woman is allowed to take her male child under the age of ten into the women's changing room. This does not undermine the aim, because it is unlikely that young boys pose a threat to women's safety. It also contributes towards achieving the aim, because fewer women would be able to use the swimming pool if they could not bring their children with them.
