To change the card sets in balatro: first change "Balatro.exe" into "Balatro.rar""balatro.zip". (must have an archive extraction tool: eg. 7zip, peazip, etc)
Then navigate into the rar/zip to resources>textures>2x.
Replace "8BitDeck.png" and "8BitDeck_opt2.png" with the respective card sets.
Then navigate out of the .rar/.zip file and rename/revert the "Balatro.zip or Balatro.rar" game file to "Balatro.exe".

If instructions not clear enough, search "balatro change card art" into search engine.
