My mom was a SAHM until all her children were in school. My stepdad was able to afford a 5 bedroom house and 5 kids in the 90's and 2000's on $30k a year. I don't want to hear shit from boomers and Gen X about "working harder", not ever.

I appreciate the concern, friends. Unfortunately I have had several interactions with cops similar to this over the years. They didn’t try to plant any contraband, and nor was I arrested so I’m ok
My partner @prisoner311.bsky.social was pulled over supposedly for a brake light being out, and then was cuffed and searched, as well as our vehicle. And then they let him go without any explanation or citation. Do we have any recourse at all? I thought cops had to have consent to search a vehicle
