Immigrants approved to be naturalized lined up for their oath ceremony, only to be told that "they couldn’t proceed due to their countries of origin.”

“To have that final step canceled is unnecessarily cruel and does nothing to make this country a safer place.”

The American Economic Association has banned Larry Summers for life. This unprecedented step means that he is no longer allowed to: attend their conferences, publish with them, or referee their articles.

The American Economic Association banned him for life. Given how wrong Summers has been in every major area of policy advice, why did his public disgrace require the Epstein files rather than a reckon...

I cannot imagine the level of moral bankruptcy to describe the actions of people whose boat has just been hit by a missile from nowhere (this was the FIRST such strike) and who were most likely making a desperate attempt not to drown in the ocean as trying to "stay in the fight."
Q: What did you see in the second strike?

Cotton: "I saw two survivors trying to flip a boat -- loaded with drugs, bound for the United States -- back over, so they could stay in the fight."

I know it's pointless to point out MAGA hypocrisy, but it really is stunning how the guy who ran in the GOP primary on the highly unorthodox message of "wars of regime change like Iraq were terrible mistakes" is now pushing us headlong into a war of regime change in Venezuela.

There’s a certain cutthroat elegance in finding and posting Hegseth saying exactly the same thing he’s attacking you for.
Pete Hegseth says he’s going to court-martial me for saying the same exact thing he said 9 years ago. What changed for Pete? Well to start, he spends all day thinking about how he can suck up to Trump. When Trump says jump, he says how high.

A sad irony in Washington, D.C., where West Virginia National Guardsmen were shot today. Six days ago, a court ruled their deployment was illegal, but stayed the order pending appeal. My heart goes out to these public servants and their families. oag.dc.gov/sites/defaul...
