Japan achieved a breakthrough by implanting lab grown dopamine producing neurons in patients with P@rkinson’s. Using induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells, 7 patients received this & showed about 20% improvement w/o medication & nearly 36% improvement with medication w/o any serious side effects.
