In Blue Prince, it is possible to interact with dig spots through the floor. This only comes up in 1 room, requires perfect aiming, and extreme button mashing.

She's got everything she needs for now. We have to come back in a few weeks to see if her glucose goes down enough to fix the teeth. 💙

They can't fix her teeth until her glucose goes down, but they're giving her antibiotics to help.
