Recently finished 'Case file n°221 Kabukicho' with family^^
Overall it's an interesting interpretation of Sherlock Holmes, I enjoyed it✨ Some themes are treated in a somewhat meh way, and apart from a few more well-defined ones the supporting characters are really (1/2)

Recently finished 'Case file n°221 Kabukicho' with family^^

11) The second inking takes place after coloring! Because there's the risk that the ink smudges during the various passages with the markers, and that pastels partially cover the lineart (I learned from my mistakes🥲👍🏻💔) you can't see it very well but only Adachi is inked here ✒️

8) Once the background is finished (for now), I move on to coloring Adachi and Yu with the markers! I chose to use different media both to give a more authentic 'traditional japanese print' effect to the background and to make the characters stand out more^^

Halfway I feel like I've done everything wrong but in the end things come out well (watercolors always make me doubt myself. but I continue to use them 8D)🤣🤣🤣
