My friend bought a brooks marks tracksuit in April 2023 and never received it. Emailed them multiple times inquiring about what’s going on, and then finally emailed/called to receive a refund. To this day she’s heard nothing, and was never refunded. I’m like… is the entire thing a scam? Idk 👀
