I just started cpap treatment, and it is taking some time to acclimate. Even though I'm still getting everything dialed in with the proper mask and machine configuration, my sleep quality has improved significantly. I'm glad we're both on a path to more restful sleep.

I was hesitant to talk to my doctor about my depression and anxiety until last October. The only thing I regret after starting treatment was not doing it sooner.
