Apolgies, wasn't getting that from the above. However, I would say that if I'm in area with amneities which benefit my neighbours, even if I don't use those amneties, then I still benefit. I would rather live in a neighbourhood with happy, fufilled neighbours than a neighbourhood of shut-ins.

I like to boil them before adding them with a bayleaf and some salt before adding them to whatever curry I'm making. Improves the texture imo
