I use marine collagen, as I eat fish but don’t eat meat. The bovine collagen is more beneficial for joints. Stir a 10g spoonful into morning tea or cold drink (haven’t tried cold) . My skin, nails, hair and joints are perished due to early menopause and other delightful conditions. x

We’ve got a cheeky little budgie staying with us.
He’s a whistler, apparently they speak or whistle. Makes me laugh every time he opens his beak and does the loudest builders wolf whistle! Takes me back lol!
