I don’t spend as much time on Facebook these days, but it occurs to me there’s an upside to Zuckerberg giving up any attempt at fact checking…. we can post sarcastic memes again without ending up in FB jail. 🚨

Again, CONTEXT matters. Her point is sufficiently clear in the content of the full paragraph. Your inability to comprehend the context doesn't mean she "doesn't understand math." Pretty sure she does. The language is also referencing a paper she co-wrote on the Black maternal health crisis.
