SDOT recorded cars going up to 70 mph on Rainier. The solution? Paint and post and flashing beacons. I’m sure that will fix the problem…

SDOT can’t continue the S. Alaska St protected bike lane all the way to MLK (the most dangerous part), but has space for a second W. bound lane that only goes a few hundred feet? I pass this everyday dropping off my kid and it makes me mad every time. It’s like they aren’t trying to keep us safe.

The Beacon Hill bike lane keeps creeping south on 15th. I think this is going to be a game changer of a project for us southsiders!
