Children have loved adding islands to their story maps every time they read a new book. They have loved sharing what they remember and being creative with their ideas.

Re-read this recently and it has led to some great ideas for second person writing - I think that the children have got so many experiences of being directly addressed to in real life that it is going to be a lot of fun for them to choose moments and memories to explore.
