PhD Student in quantum foundations and quantum information
Had a great time in Paris!

Talked about our recent preprint arxiv.org/abs/2509.10949

#QuiDiQua3 was great, lots of greats discussions, and talks. Happy also to catch up on some good friends :)

Can't wait for #QuiDiQua4 (next year in Brussels!)

Rudi B. P. Pietsch, one of the PhD Students I co-supervise (with prof. Plenio) here at the University of Ulm #UniUlm recently published his first ever research article at #PRA!

Huge congrats to Rudi and Dani!

Its the first of many : )

As one of our main results, we employ novel inequalities to show that for a broad class of energy-conserving interactions there is a critical time tau such that for any time t such that 0 < t < tau an observed heat anomaly implies a violation of a noncontextuality inequality — i.e. contextuality.

I've only recently discovered this nice conference :)

If you like work with contextuality, nonclassicality of quasiprobability distributions, weak values, entanglement, and phase-space quantum related topics?

Check out QuiDiQua3!

This year in Paris!

Maybe the most direct abstract ever?

Recently a paper in nature made the bold claim that their results constitute real challenges to Bohmian mechanics www.nature.com/articles/s41...

In this preprint arxiv.org/abs/2508.04756 Bohmians fight back!! The results challenge Bohm?

"No, it does not."

Many discussions continued in the streets of #USTC, luckily China is so advanced in quantum technologies that Bloch spheres are everywhere, making it easier to explain concepts such as quantum coherence.

Last December I had the opportunity to talk about our recent results on quasiprobability distributions IN CHINA (still can't believe it).

Had a great time at #USTC Hefei, talking with the group led by Prof. G C Guo and co-supervised by Yu Guo, together with Prof. Shuming Cheng. Great discussions!

This week #QuantumFoundations arXiv.

They introduce a theory, different than QT only by the tensor product rule.

They reproduce, e.g., all Bell correlations. I wonder what it may imply to Q Mereology or gaps between real and complex QT in Networks.

It was a nice read 🙂
