By the way, Cevin Soling a.k.a. "Malcolm Jarry" was a certified notary public in New York State as recently as 2017, so it's not like he doesn't *know* he's not supposed to do this.

We'll come back to some registration stuff, but as a short detour, the "religion" of The Satanic Temple is set up in such a way that all of the members of TST have no rights while two guys who appointed themselves "Directors for life" own everything and can't be removed

(and those are fake names!)

Section 5. Duties of Directors It shall be the duty of the Directors to: 1. Perform any and all duties imposed on them collectively or individually by law, by the Articles of Incorporation, or by these Bylaws; 2. Appoint and remove, employ and discharge, and, except as otherwise provided in these Bylaws, prescribe the duties and fix the compensation, if any, of all officers, agents, and employees of the corporation; 3. Supervise all officers, agents, and employees of the corporation to assure that their duties are performed properly; 4. Meet at such times and places as required by these Bylaws; 5. Register their addresses with the secretary of the corporation and notices of meetings mailed, emailed or telephoned to them at such address shall be valid notices thereof.

Per TST's lawyer in the Arkansas 10 Commandments case in 2020, "The Satanic Temple" isn't supposed to exist as its own incorporated entity anymore since that's just an "umbrella term" for no specific corporation after the church was misnamed

There is no entity named “The Satanic Temple” anymore because the errantly-named “The Satanic Temple” corrected its name to “The Satanic Temple, Inc.” See EXHIBIT 1 (articles of amendment, dated May 24, 2019, renaming the organization from “The Satanic Temple” to “The Satanic Temple, Inc.”) The parties have been talking about “The Satanic Temple, Inc.” since at least March 11, 2020. Doc. 212-13 at 3. There, Secretary Thurston references the March 11 discovery conference and recognized “The Satanic Temple, Inc.” as a distinct entity from “The Satanic Temple.” Around that same time, undersigned counsel specified that TST’s discovery responses were verified, “as director of The Satanic Temple, Inc.” Doc. 212-14 at 3.

Meanwhile, evidence surfaced implicating another person who attempted to use a credit card belonging to Jeschke and was found with a pair of earrings that belonged to her. But that investigation came to a halt. Many close to the case believed it was because it was Michael Holman — a St. Joseph Police Department officer. The police chief at the time even removed an investigator from the case after he concluded Holman, not Hemme, committed the killing.
