I really should have leaned into writing paralells between Sebastian and Jayce when I started writing VTitN the first time around, because look at this absolutely pathetic look both of them give their wives that they inevitably have to fight.

Also. I feel like I haven't added in enough of the Evil Within elements I had initially planned on.

Taking matters into her own hands. I want more interaction between Jayce and Viktor in the mind matrix before Viktor pushes him away as he becomes corrupted by Singed,as well as more of that world changing as Viktor loses his humanity as the system's core. -

Silco's absolute frustration that there seems to be nothing being done. I want to explore an aspect of Mel being blocked more and more from political resources being available to her because a couple other members of the government are in Singed's pocket, so she turns to-

Second- there are ideas I have come up with since I started it that I want to add, but won't work unless I do a complete overhaul. I want to explore more of Mel, Lest, Cait, and Vi trying to expose the uptick of missing people in Zaun. I want to explore more of-

It's not cohesive. There are very clearly ideas I came up with and just threw in that should have been integrated in the story earlier. There are things that make no sense. Basically I am not happy with it and I don't want to write a conclusion to something I am not happy with.

It's beem decided. I am going to rewrite Vector Trapped in the Network, my Evil Within Jayvik au, even though I really only have two chapters to go.

One of the main reasons- it was one of the very first things of substance I have written in 10 years and it shows. -

I love Jayce having a bi awakening with Jayvik as much as everyone else, but there is something so delightful with writing Jayce already being aware that he is bi, and finding out that Viktor thought he was straight the entire time, and Jayce being absolutely aghast by that.

After Jayce had been treated, he had been allowed in Viktor's room.

Viktor, on the other hand, had been the one seriously injured, and that the blood he had saw had been his own.

Anyways, if my dreams are now creating Jayvik AU's, I'm cooked.

Before he hits the ground, it's Jayce that catches him, making sure to be careful, saying "I got you. I got you Viktor. I'm okay. We're okay."

Because even though Jayce was injured, he wasn't as seriously injured.

Once he is there, he is begging to see Jayce (as best he can), begging them to let him donate blood to Jayce, because he can't lose him.

He does this while nurses are trying to get him to go back to bed until finally his body gives out and he collapses.
