In summary, they're not just despicable humans doing absolutely terrible things, they're also wildly inefficient and just plain bad at their jobs. Or their public-stated jobs. Their real job is to terrorize people.

I recently read the South Koreans they illegally detained are gearing up to sue. And if I remember correctly, not one person violently ripped from their homes in that obnoxious Chicago apartment building raid were charged with anything. They just traumatized them for the TikToks and funsies.
