He's launching a TrumpRX.gov site to charge a $1 more for Zepbound? Seems fucking stupid. Supposedly prices will trend downward, but I won't hold my breath.

Dagon is learning to guard the flock. Hopefully by next year, I can let the chickens free range in the backyard and trust the spaniel to guard against cats and such.
