I have FINALLY figured out and been able to get the equipment for accessible spinning. I can keep my legs elevated (seated near the floor) and my spine supported at the same time, not exhausting myself with treadling when #EhlersDanlos makes it super painful. Happehhh!

Enjoyed a state park today!

Two steps forward, one step back. I’d put in the sidewalk around the fountain and got the letters you could see there for Black Lives Matter put in before realizing the perspective on the sidewalk was all wrong. Still making progress! Back at it tomorrow.
