This is where the real governance and ops of Claude comes in. You can allow specific tools and skills which follow specific scripts. It makes the “going off the rails” much more difficult.

For an org it means dropping it into your jr dev’s /.claude and they can have a guiding hand following policy.

Skills and scripts though is where the real work comes in. Very structured and need to be a little clever in the way you right scripts.
