It is fairly common for folks to put winter steel rims that are 1"'smaller and use a taller sidewall tire to keep the overall diameter close. This is cheaper and, um, generally, a lower profile tire isn't of any value in the winter.

Yeah, didn't love that last call of his. The game is different for these guys compared to us clubbers .... But the approach of make the easy shots and make your opponent make the hard ones still holds.
