Even if thats an escape from body dysphoria :3 its the perfect place to envision yourself as fantastically or as real as you want (even if the real you doesnt match the body you have currently)

It’s strange to be told that the things you’ve been blaming yourself for your whole life weren’t personal failures, they were symptoms.

Hearing it out loud was surreal. Part relief, part shock.
Relief because it finally puts words to something I’ve been carrying for years.

Shock because… wow. I wasn’t “just tired” or “not trying hard enough.”

There were real reasons I was burning out, real reasons things felt harder for me
