My son’s obsessed; He always looks to see if a restaurant has one. Wants to go to cat island in Japan. He is also obsessed with Koi and wants a koi pond in our backyard lol. Maybe some goldfish though we gave ours away a while ago.They got to go live in a bigger pond. When they were being rehomed:

Pow wow is awesome. Potluck too. They have it at the local school, and on the friendship centre lodge and another one on the reserve. Free fry bread with the recipe, is handed out. I like the cinnamon sugar one. There’s crafts for the kids.

I have an adopted cousin who’s part native. I also have some in-laws who are native. I like the food and culture of the different tribes. Fry bread is awesome.

When my husband does “curry” he puts only sour cream and turmeric with shrimps and peas. I hate that recipe, lol. Don’t ever use it, lol.

I just got flu/ pneumonia/ RSV shot for free with my son. For free. I was worried I’d have to pay, but I didn’t. Getting the Covid shot in January. I have asthma otherwise I’d have to pay for that one.( $15 lol.)

I made that from scratch once. In a cooking class. Now I buy the paste, Thai Kitchen brand, usually.

What kind? I’ve made about 100 different kinds for my family. They like my Chinese curry the most. My favourite is chicken tikka.

I’m an unpublished writer and self educated but the mere idea/concept of Chat GPT still horrifies me. I’m Gen X and still remember a time before all this tech nonsense. Growing up we didn’t even have a tv.
