As someone who has gone through alcohol problems and still receives mental health treatment the loss of Robin Smith is a shock. I used to see the Judge at Northlands Rd when on leave. Sad day. #Demons. Say it.

My own #vegan shepherds pie recipe simmering away. Half a can of draught Guinness in the filling. Big deviation from Jamie Oliver’s recipe which used frozen mix veg. Using mushrooms and puréed chick peas bought this morning at the market. Treated myself to the rest of the Guinness :) #animalwelfare
