Enjoying a bit of vicarious "mine-ing" : nice photos. Away for a bit and leaves cascading off already so may tackle seriously next autumn.

Landmark moth, you've got to have one if those Clare : looking across latest #teammoth posts, U. ferrugalis the biggest beneficiary(?) of the southerly blast : lots from S. Cornwall to Essex and beyond.

Certainly looked capable of munching moths. Apparently they snack on each other, especially females on males.😱
