My last thought before bed was- even though I live in one of the reddest areas in America, the midterms will be here soon and maybe Blue can log jam this thing up nationally and then try to get their act together for a good Presidential run. I mean, I’m a moderate- but yesterday was a lot.

Happy Thanksgiving to the growing WV community on this Bluesky! Family, Food, and Sports.. this is my favorite weekend of the year. Hopefully yours is just as good.

The higher seed won every matchup in the first round of the state high school football championships. Was that part of the lawsuit judgement too? 🤷🏼‍♂️

Kind of interested to see if we actually make it to the HS Playoff Games Friday. I think we will.. but if I’m the two teams that showed up at Hoover tonight to play that play in game and got told to go home… oooof.

Me: I don’t want to be someone who automatically thinks nothing new is good.

Also Me: Won’t turn off the 80’s channel.

Looks like I’m getting bifocals. I’m not ok with this. Ugh.

I can’t decide if this app is significantly better because it doesn’t have an agenda, or if the issue is the algorithm on my other socials is just beyond repair. But for the first time in years I actually don’t mind social media- at least in this format. For now anyway.

Tough one Bengals. I really hope they get JB a team one day before he decides to skip town.

I’m still calling this “Blue-skee” and not Blue Sky. I’ll do better I promise.
