in this day and age, we need more characters like superman and wonder woman who can shows kindness, sympathy, and kindness towards others enough with characters who are smarmy, jaded, and cynical we already have enough of that in the real world we don't need that in our media.

say what you want about captain planet but at least that was about fighting corporations and supervillains who wanted to pollute the earth for there own ill got and gain it may have been perfect but it at least had the right idea.

i recommend reading the ultimates which is the andor of marvel that's about fighting against the Status quo, heck it has one of its characters give a speech, similar to maarva to normal people and ends with normal citizens fighting cops as the speech is televises.

people can say what they want about the 90s but at least the shows and movies were about encouraging teamwork and community where most media these days have these characters be all smarmy and combative with each other and the sound of it, this season is no exception.

this is case for the avengers movies as well where we can't have characters be friends, they have to be all smarmy with each other and barely show camaraderie god I miss when characters were allowed to be friends and not be all combative with each other.
