So, that sucked, but I then went for a lovely nocturnal swim which is a thing you can do in November in Florida (air temp 52, water temp 84) and I’m OK again. I learned many years ago how not to let sports hurt me and I am glad for that tonight. Anyways, as always, #GoPackGo 💛💚🧀💚💛
