Thinking about the poor soul I met in Pilgrim's Traverse at 2 am last night who'd been in there for over 12 hours farming and spoke only in :D or D: depending on the situation (and one curious instance of "I'm making NIGHT PANCAKES.")

I like to keep parallel timelines, WoL and nonWoL ^^;; nonwol Kel is influenced by the msq as time goes on (opening of Ishgard, the end of days, etc) but he's just another person dealing with their own problems as Meteor does cryptid wol things in the background, like fighting god or stealing pants

Why the old T-Bird you may ask?

1) Thunderbird → Chocobo, clearly
2) This thing is a tank and he plans to drive it until Teka'a needs a car or it falls apart, whichever happens first
3) My dad had this car and I have fond toddler memories of screaming in the back window as wed drift thru the valley

LMAO this is so hyper specific but Kel would drive a 1987 Ford Thunderbird turbo coupe with the digital dash kit. It never starts on the first turn over and the AC is busted but somehow still drives like a dream.

There's also probably 5lbs of beads/charms/air fresheners hanging from the mirror
