At the time, this was the best reference I could find: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22098102/ Some or most of these patients might have been regular Ewing--the metastatic risk is not 0, and most patients received chemo.
Dilemma remains whether or not we should deescalate treatment in these patients.

Thanks--it's a really interesting topic. I took care of a patient with what sounds like this entity a few years ago. Small primary skin tumor in a middle aged woman, couldn't call it Ewing until the translocation was identified.

Really interesting. Recognize the morphological differences, but wonder if we are justified in treating as anything but Ewing until we understand the natural history.
