Trees are magnificent, they deserve more respect I think especially veteran and ancient trees. Their influence on temperature, biodiversity, aesthetics, mental health, O2/Co2 is so important and their sheer majesty is awesome Love them or Lose them, stand up for them 😀

Just replaced brake pipes from Abs unit to the rear discs on a L322 for a friend Worse bit was getting all the plastic covers off the wheel arches and tank and getting them back on again! Still a good days work 😀

Just spent 2 days being MC/Chair of National Coastal Practitioners Conference in the theatre on the end of Cromer Pier. What a fantastic bunch of people, stunning innovation and delivery proud to be a small part of it. Great to also meet many young career professionals, next gen of stunning people

Fantastic day at Blickling Hall with the Ancient Tree Forum, thanks to National Trust staff as guides and to some knowledgable participant great conversations and learning Some Awesome ancient and Veteran trees, they are so important to biodiversity and people

Love how pedestrians take precedence in Basel drivers wave and apologise if they have to cut across which is rare can you imagine the abuse you would get in UK if you dared to just walk across a zebra crossing without drivers permission😀

I like full English like anyone but I do love the Swiss breakfast of probiotic granola yoghurts meats cheeses and pastries seems healthier certainly very tasty I do miss being so part of Europe

I love this time of the year so much nature tempts us with that you could in a busy life just pass by, keeping an eye out for nature is so rewarding in towns as well as the countryside listen as well, the loud shouty christmas robin that first bird to sing joined by others now in gradual cacophony

The end of the day, it’s been mad and very busy but now I have an hour to do nothing as I have to be somewhere in an hour and can just sit. The boating lake I’d still the air is still just the sound of the waves of the sea beautiful

Just the beauty of autumn as I walk through the woods and over the marshes. The smell of autumn is superb equal to spring I would say, get out and allow your senses to absorb your landscape 😀
