I've been overwriting the same corrupted 5% of my memory for the last 20 years. I can remember local 90s car commercials verbatim, and all my friend's phone numbers, but don't ask how long ago "resting bitch face" was the thing. "Squad goals" could've been anywhere from a week ago to pre-planking

So I’ve listened to enough “Reporter Reads” stories on the NYT Audio app that I can confidently tell you that you don’t actually need to hear the story because the reporter has just spoiled everything entirely in the intro. Why @nytimes.com ???
