It's impossible to tell from basic electrostatic experiments whether (+) or (-) charges are moving. Historically I've allowed students to choose either one as long as they're consistent. Does the AP exam expect students to always answer as if (-) charges are moving? #iteachphysics #apphysics2

APP2 thermodynamics curriculum is weird: you learn specific heat, but not what happens when something freezes or boils. You have to "know" the 2nd law of thermodynamics, but there's nothing about heat engines or pumps. Obviously there's only so much time in the year #iteachphysics
