I work in Logistics so it’s all about productivity and output, touch points, uph etc, so it drives me mad to see so many behind the counters just lolloping about : please just quickly give me a beer!!!

Pre pouring for HT is a must, yet there is a continued reluctance to prep in this way, the caterers show minimal interest in speeding things up as this clearly affects seat fill from 35-55 minutes.

Reality is that the team who serve them are mainly inexperienced casual labour, likely on zero hour contracts, not particularly invested in their role or motivated to be efficient : but also receive no guidance from their employer in terms of an experienced ‘duty manager’ type role at each kiosk
