Tried mixing some lemon with some vanilla bean ice cream and I'm thinking if the lemon wouldn't curdle the milk, a lemon flavoured ice cream (not sorbet/gelato) might be pretty good... perhaps.

A visual update on the cannabis plant. Pollination may actually be taking as some of the calyxes are getting rather big. Bigger than expected. I'm not about to poke and prod though, I'll just let her do her thing and continue pollination.
