Miller is a white supremacist and a belligerent liar. @cnn.com should run countless stories in response to this on how America was built on waves of immigration from poor countries. Every group brought their culture and added it to our melting pot. That is the real definition of American greatness

I’ve met many people who have committed serious violent crimes. Some will never be safe for release, but should still be incarcerated humanely in an environment where they can have some quality of life. Doing so gives them something to lose if they behave poorly which makes it safer for prison staff

Some people are mentally ill and incapable of anything other than psychotic violence. They should be under medical supervision and evaluated regularly to determine how best to humanely incarcerate them for the rest of their lives. With medical care, even those people may become safer prisoners.

That’s not accurate in some cases. Even people who have engaged in terrible violence dangerous can be achieve positive growth or at least behave well in prison to achieve incentives. There is nothing most prison guards want less than to have people with nothing to lose under their supervision.

With the hundreds of billions our country continues to spend on the war drugs and general public safety measures, we could have prisons that are safe and humane for those who are too dangerous to ever be released. Provide opportunities for quality of life and they’ll be much less dangerous.

Terrible, but sadly drastically better than many state prisons where violence is rampant and incarcerated Americans are dying every day. There is no excuse with countless billions being spent on public safety to not have prisons that are safe, humane and provide opportunities for positive growth.

Shouldn’t matter since the statute has run. Matters for James though as Bondi could find someone else who wants to lose their law license to present the bogus indictment again.
