And reading political theory and discussing often leads to disputes about interpretation, etc.
My opinion as a white person is that some of us get too identified w/ theory and then our identity can feel threatened.

Son & I discussed your question. His opinions:
Trotsky v Lenin was more about power, but yes, there was infighting about dogma. The more extreme the positions on either side (left/right, etc), the more infighting, though it happens across the board. Also, leftists tend to read more political theory.

I've been looking at these because I heard they were good and have a lifetime guarantee. But my socks are still okay, and my daughter liked Bombas better for the style she wanted. Good to know Darn Tough is worth the money!

Yes, it's ridiculous. My wish: make Isaiah a OLTL Gannon and bring on his family including a younger brother or cousin for Trina and shake up the whole canvas. (RJ Gannon, please!) And also bring back Taggert, because he is her dad and I want them to play out that story, which was dropped.
