Not girlpla but I looked up Kotobukiya's Vengeance from Armored Core yesterday and that sucker was $100+. Comes with an overdue weapon at least.

I'm not far into the game yet, but it definitely feels like Silksong doesn't respect my time, if it's from long runbacks or needing to grind shards for my tools... someone told me they "Hotline Miami 2'd it", made a game that expected only those sharpened from HK, which makes the early game painful.

Just reminded me that Cobra got a metroidvania recently. No clue why.

It really is funny how people just assumed everything is sunshine and rainbows for people like Kappei and Duke Fleed. And then you get to their shows and it's like "Oh it opens with genocide." Also, personally, I wanna see a mechsplo pilot meet a true madman, like Hayato Jin.

There was a webcomic romcom where the cool guy transforms into a cute magical girl and the girl who wants to become cute transforms into a tokusatsu hero, but I dunno if it will hit the spot. Heroic Complex if you're curious.

If you're looking for a show to watch I really like Getter Robo Armageddon, takes the legacy of Getter Robo and explores its own interpretation. A bit of a product of its time but still really fun.
