Yes, I think he will be my pick. He's been a public servant for 35 years and has worked his way up, which I really respect.

I'm getting ready to move to France - assuming I get approved (which I believe I will since I meet the requirements). I've been planning this for years. It's much more affordable, I am part French and currently am intermediate level in language. I would love to leave by the holidays.
