Women with disabilities earn just 56 cents for every dollar earned by non-disabled men. On this Disabled Women's Equal Pay Day, let's commit to closing the wage gap and removing barriers to success. If I've learned anything as Chair of the Disability Caucus, it's that systems need to change. #mileg
