We discussed H.B 1286, sponsored by my colleague @repreginayoung.com, which would mandate human trafficking awareness training for workers in the hospitality industry to spot signs of human trafficking.

It's not the most glamorous job, but I was honored to be asked to preside over the #PaHouse as the Speaker pro tempore this week. It's A LOT of reading, paper shuffling & parliamentary maneuvers, but it's an important part of how we operate in State Government and I was proud to be a part of it!
