The fire type cries out as it watches Rin struggle in the marsh....Rin reaches into her bag, pulling out a ball....It seemed just like a normal PokéBall....But her mother said it'd help her at some point, right?

There was a lot of mud....and water...It wasn't at all something Rin was used to.
Flare seemed to get a reaction out of it, though, climbing up to sit on her head while excitedly looking around! She wouldn't have expected the fire type to like a place like this...

There was a lot of mud....and water...It wasn't at all something Rin was used to.

It hadn't been too long since Rin had arrived in Pastoria City.....She had believed that she was being led to the inn, or Pokemon Center they'd be staying in for the time being.....
