The US government is summarily executing people on a weekly basis without telling the American people any of their names or presenting any proof of their guilt, for alleged crimes that do not carry the death penalty in the US.

EU leaders need to recognize that in this moment of history, they are the only ones who will guarntee security for Ukraine and therefore security for Europe.
Today, on the 31st anniversary of the Budapest Memorandum with its useless security assurances, we are facing a repeat of history as EU leaders warn of the risk of a peace deal without strong US security guarantees.
