New blog post! A design analogy for being a little kinder:

...Wearing the same basic shirt to all three interviews so that someone doesn't, for example, comment on my band shirt and I like them more for it

Best question on our management feedback form:

What's the most annoying thing about your boss? What do you complain to your partners/friends about: "ugh my boss always does _____ and it's really annoying!"

Obviously employee's answers are going to be toned down, but it's been very revealing!
